Hartlip Village Hall News: Re-opening and Renovations

COVID-19

Hartlip Village Hall re-opening
post COVID-19 Restrictions

Hartlip Village Hall is now fully open in line with the latest Government Guidelines which came into effect on 19 July 2021.

Hartlip Village Hall is a multi-use facility used by many people and so, whilst no restrictions are mandated by law, hirers responsible for activities or events should consider the needs of their clients/guests and also other hall users and impose any restrictions considered to be necessary for their activity.

Hartlip Village Hall Management Committee welcomes everyone back to Hartlip Village Hall and hopes that the facilities upgraded during COVID Lockdowns will be enjoyed.

During closure a great deal of maintenance and improvement works have taken place at the hall including refitting and upgrading the kitchen, ladies, gents and disabled toilets and re-roofing the Main Hall roof which was in a sorry state. Much more work, largely invisible to hall visitors, has also been done to ensure that the fabric of the hall continues to be improved. Thanks go to all members of the HVH team for their contributions.

We look forward to initially welcoming regular activities back and, all being well, other hirers as the roadmap progresses.

Bookings for Occasional Hires will be taken going forward and we hope that there will be no further need for closure. All bookings will, of course, have to be subject to any Government restrictions in force at the time.
