The costs of booking the hall are shown below.

The various rooms may be booked individually on an hourly basis for most times during the week. The whole hall, that is the main hall together with the meeting and school rooms, may also be booked.

At weekends it is only possible to block book the whole hall and the individual rooms are not bookable individually.

New Year’s Eve: Hartlip Village Hall is available for booking at a hire fee of £300.

Polling Day: £300 (Hall access for equipment delivery/collection day before/day after Polling Day +16 hours on Polling Day @ £16 per hour)

Car Park not bookable separate to hall.

Deposits: 50% of hiring fee upon booking, balance of hiring fee 14 working days before date of hire.

Damage Deposit: must be cleared 14 days working days before date of hire

• £50 for bookings up to 6pm and without alcohol for all hirers
• £100 for bookings after 6pm or before 6pm with alcohol for Hartlip residents
• £200 for bookings after 6pm or before 6pm with alcohol for non-residents
